Kusum Healthcare Philippines hosted the 1st Epilepsy Journey last 24 September 2021 in partnership with the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC), Child Neuroscience Center, one of the neurology training institutions in the Philippines.
The Epilepsy Journey is an activity conducted by experts in the field of epilepsy (epileptologists, neurologists), and the only to provide online lectures via Facebook live. Scheduled every last Friday of the month, the second event conducted last 29 October, and the latest event was last 26 November.
The Epilepsy Journey aims to provide the participants like patients, families, and other healthcare providers with essential information regarding seizures and epilepsies, thus promoting adherence to pharmacological treatment and lifestyle accommodations for patients to achieve optimal quality of life.
